Returning goods

Returns must be sent to our Service Center under the responsibility and expense of the buyer, enclosing the purchase receipt and the document service information enclosed with your goods.

Once we receive your return, we will issue with the refund.

No refunds are allowed in any Luxenter shop.

No changes or refunds allowed in case of jewelry changed design as a customer request.

When I will be refunded?

Once we have received and processed your return, we will issue the appropriate refund. In general, refunds will be processed within 14-day from receipt of your package and in an e-mail directed to inform you of its corresponding reception and processing.

In the event that we could not pay him the refund to your credit card, we will contact you to arrange an alternative method of repayment of your order.

My return was processed but I wasn't refunded my shipping charge

We will usually refund you what you paid for the goods but not the shipping charge. We will only proceed with the refunded of the shipping charge when an incorrect item is sent to you.

I have been refunded the incorrect amount

We are very sorry if we have made a mistake on your refund. Please get in touch with our Customer Care Team who will try and sort it out for you as soon as possible.
